We have upgraded your old hard drive, but you will still be able to access your old files for a limited time.
Note: This does not apply to laptops - only desktop computers.
1. To access your old files:
- Click on the Start button and then Computer.
or
- Click on the Windows Explorer icon (the manila folder) and click on Computer on the left side of the window.

2. Double-click on Old Hard Drive(B:).

3. You will now be able to navigate through your old files (C: Drive). While some data may be located in this location, most of the user data will be stored in the Users folder under the folder labeled with your Ozone username (firstname_lastname).
Note: If you have a long username, the folder may be named with your last name and then your first initial.

4. If you receive a message that you don’t have permission to access a folder, if the computer is asking for an admin password or if you are having other issues accessing your files, please contact the Owens IT Help Desk at 567-661-7120.

5. It is recommended that you now copy your data to your new computer.
